Facebook Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is ASSOCIATED RETAILERS LIMITED (ARL) (ABN 42 004 520 030) whose registered office is at 5 Kingston Town Cl, Oakleigh VIC 3166.

2. Mensland Australia and any associated stores are Members of ARL. To find your nearest store please use our store finder HERE.

3. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, except employees of ARL, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. The competition will begin Monday 17^th June 2024 once the official Facebook Competition Post is available to the public to view.

6. Closing date for entries will be Sunday 28^th July 2024 at midnight. After this date, no further entries will be considered.

7. The winner will be notified by Direct Message on Facebook by Wednesday 31^st July 2024 from the official Mensland Australia Facebook or Instagram page;

8. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

10. Unlimited entries are permitted per person.

11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

12. The prize is as follows $1,000AUD store credit inc. GST at the winner’s chosen/local Mensland or associated stores.

13. The prize is as stated, no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable and not redeemable with any other offer.

14. Winners will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by the promoter and or its agents.

15. The winner must allocate their preferred Mensland or associated store within 2 business days of being notified as the winner.

16. The winner has 12 months, from being notified of winning, to redeem the prize within the allocated Mensland or associated store. The redemption period cannot be extended.

17. The prize must be redeemed instore in one single transaction; any unclaimed portion cannot be redeemed for cash and will be forfeited.

17. The competition, and these terms and conditions, are governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

18. The winner agrees for ARL to the use parts of his/her name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to ARL and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://mensland.com.au/pages/privacy-policy. 

20. All entrants are encouraged/warned to stay vigilant around scam and phishing attempts. All prize correspondence will be from the official Mensland Australia Facebook and Instagram pages (Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/menslandaustralia, 
Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/menslandaustralia). If you are contacted by any other page, company or person without this URL it is likely to be fraudulent. Mensland Australia will never ask you to follow a link, supply bank or credit card details or to confirm any codes that are sent to confirm your identity. ARL will not be responsible or liable for any loss incurred from a scam of phishing attempt.
